An Integrated Processing Platform

During meetings at Stand D327, MAFI’s team walked visitors through the company’s industrial complex in Sadat City, which brings five specialized factories together on one integrated platform. For buyers at SIAL Paris looking for scale and consistency, the team highlighted the complex’s 23 processing lines, built with technology from partners including JBT, GEA, CFT, and Cabinplant. These lines are supported by advanced automation such as optical sorting, X-ray inspection, PLC and SCADA controls, automated guided vehicles, and a warehouse management system with FIFO stock control.

Supply reliability came up frequently in conversations with buyers throughout the exhibition. In response, the team presented MAFI’s cold-chain infrastructure, with more than 50,000 pallet positions of cold-storage capacity, designed to protect product integrity and support reliable supply to customers across Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia, the GCC, and other international markets.

Quality and Sustainability

Quality and traceability were also key topics in the discussions at SIAL Paris. The team presented MAFI’s integrated quality control system, which monitors every stage of production from raw material intake to final shipment, with operations designed in line with HACCP, BRC, ISO, FDA, and EU requirements.

With responsible sourcing playing a growing role in supplier selection, MAFI also presented the sustainability practices built into its complex. These include renewable energy integration, water and wastewater treatment, recyclable packaging, and efficient use of agricultural raw materials.

Looking Ahead

The connections made at SIAL Paris 2026 come at an important time for MAFI, as the company moves closer to launching operations and production at its Sadat City complex. The team is now following up with the buyers and partners it met in Paris, with the aim of turning these discussions into long-term partnerships.

MAFI would like to thank everyone who visited Stand D327, as well as the SIAL Paris organizers for a successful edition.
