MAFI’s flagship complex spans 157,000 m² in El-Sewedy Industrial Park, strategically located in Sadat City’s thriving Industria zone. Positioned near Egypt’s most fertile agricultural lands and major export hubs, the site enables full vertical integration of the agri-food value chain, from precision sourcing and processing to sustainable packaging and global distribution.
With a total production capacity of 100,000 tons, the complex is designed to serve the global B2B market with unmatched efficiency and agility. At its core lies the region’s largest cold storage infrastructure, ensuring optimal preservation, year-round supply stability, and extended product shelf life for our partners worldwide.
Purpose-Built for Global Agri-Food Leadership
MAFI’s production ecosystem is driven by five advanced factories, each purpose-built to deliver excellence across a distinct product category. Our Citrus Concentrate Factory operates at 56 tons per hour, producing 11,200 tons annually using JBT technology to ensure optimal extraction and flavor precision. The Cloudy Juice Concentrate Factory, also powered by JBT systems, delivers 4,770 tons annually at a capacity of 28 tons per hour, specializing in full-bodied, high-quality cloudy juices.
Our largest operation, the Tomato & Multi-Fruit Concentrate Factory, runs at 60 tons per hour with an annual output of 38,000 tons, utilizing CFT technology to deliver robust, versatile purée concentrates tailored for sauces, ready meals, and more. The IQF Frozen Fruits & Vegetables Factory, equipped with JBT & Cabinplant technologies, handles 7 tons per hour and produces 43,000 tons yearly, ensuring premium preservation of produce for year-round availability.
Completing the lineup, our Freeze-Drying Factory operates with GEA technology at 1.5 tons per hour, delivering 950 tons annually of nutrient-rich, shelf-stable freeze-dried fruits crafted for premium applications.
Sourcing & Sustainability
MAFI operates on a strategic sourcing model, built entirely around contract farming partnerships and certified local suppliers. This allows us to maintain product consistency, strengthen rural economies, and advance eco-friendly agricultural practices without owning farmland.
Our environmental commitment is embedded across operations: we employ water-efficient processing, waste reduction systems, carbon-conscious logistics, and renewable-energy-ready infrastructure.
