Chief Human Resources Officer

Prior to joining MAFI, Ms. Salama spent 3 years as HR Director for Egyptian Steel Group. Prior to Egyptian Steel, Ms. Salama was the HR Director for Egyptian Media Group where she participated in the acquisition and merger of several TV & Media Networks. In 2008, she established the Office of Strategy Management for SAPESCO – Sahara Petroleum Services Corporation and served as the head of the OSM Unit from 2008 until 2016. Prior to that Ms. Salama held the post Operations and Business Development Senior Manager for a regional IT services firm.

Ms. Salama’s experience is focused on strategy management, project management, corporate re-structuring, cost optimization in back-office functions as well as process re-engineering.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Integrated Marketing Communication from the American University in Cairo.
